Day 6 of Mega Jam
Exhausted.
Somehow successful ending doesn't lead to ending. Trying to get why. (edit: just forgot to pin together some nodes silly me)
Also, performance and package size needs review, something gone wrong, somehow I got 250Mb instead of 150Mb with almost nothing new in game.
We'll see...
Okay, seems I just can't do anything with package size. But I reworked lighting, optimized it a bit, performance should be better now.
I guess I'm almost finished.
Found out that AI worked differently if you Load level instead of starting playing on it from the start.
Seems like when you load from another level Target Points messing up their order in outliner, so some of baddies were trying to go back, not forward. So I fixed it. You know how?
I made them chase each other :D (edit: now it hits me. If you destroy one of them they will break)
OKAY. After.. Long time enjoing different methods I came up with MOST stupid idea. But it worket!
So, I've created references of all Target Points in my Level Blueprint, added them to an array and sent it to all my AI. Now every time all Points MUST be in correct order. We'll see later.
Works like a charm. I will wrap up this day by making some screenshots and updating ZIP (yes, I was asked to pack in ZIP instead of RAR, because ZIP can be opened without any tools. Never thought of it myself).
P.S. Do you know what we doin' with someone who doesn't obey in our town?
